CASA VIEJA
Casa Vieja is part of the main building, Casa de Maquinas, which houses the living room, a main kitchen, two full bathrooms, and two King bedrooms.
One of the King bedrooms has stairs that lead to a loft that has an additional Single and Queen bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Both bedrooms and the main bathroom of Casa Vieja have doors that open out to the pool and garden. Originally the water tank for the hacienda, the freshwater pool is now a shimmering refuge from the heat of the Yucatan. A steel and bamboo pergola and a playita of shallow water with a hammock suspended above provide areas for rest and shade.

Casa NUEVA
Also part of Casa de Maquinas is Casa Nueva. This building has a dramatic central hallway that is the entrance to three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and soaring 26’ ceilings and 13’ high doors. The highlight of Casa Nueva, the Primary King, which has a sunken living area for relaxing, as well as its' very own private walled garden with a settee and plunge pool. Casa Nueva is fully air conditioned.

CASA SISAL
Casa Sisal is a modern jewel, built using the traditional Mayan technique, Chukum. Relax in the privacy of this beautiful contemporary home.
Casa Sisal is set within a great lawn lined with Royal Palms allowing maximum privacy between the two areas. Looking out of the living area on one side you’ll find a patio with a 30-foot lily pond. Walk out the opposite side and enjoy the stunning 3-sided infinity-edge swimming pool, pergola and patio.

CASA CALIZA
Casita Caliza is the newest addition to Hacienda Sac Chich. A one room, queen bed offset from the main house and a gorgeous little hideaway.
This generous space has been crafted using traditional Mayam techniques with modern accents. Delight in a private open-air shower or a relaxing soak in your oversized stone bathtub. Afterwards, enjoy laying in the hammock listening to the running water of the fish pond. This Casita is a true sanctuary.
